The Orthopaedic Surgery Center of Panther Creek is located on the ground floor of the UNC at Panther Creek office building located at 6715 McCrimmon Parkway, on the corner of Route 55 in Cary, North Carolina.

The Orthopaedic Surgery Center of Panther Creek is the second largest, most modern outpatient orthopaedic facility in Eastern North Carolina. The facility features:

• 1 operating room
• 2 procedure rooms
• 13 combined pre-operative/recovery bays
